Diego Navia

Diego is an executive with 25+ years in digitalization, digital operations and large-scale business transformation. His career includes global leadership roles at PwC, KPMG, BearingPoint and Accenture, where he held both internal and client-facing positions as leader of Global Delivery Models, Business Transformation, Strategic Performance Management and Global Strategy, to name a few. As consultant, he has provided services to Fortune 500 clients, over 200 engagements, across 30+ countries in 5 continents including several industry-first initiatives.

He led the creation of PwC’s 15k+ staff global network of Acceleration Centers (NAC/ SDC) and its Service Innovation program, delivering work for thousands of clients, including the most prominent global financial institutions; He is founding member of the Global Business Services Council at the Conference Board and has authored multiple global methodologies and tools for Big 4 Professional Services firms in areas such as: GBS, financial value creation, customer centricity, job decomposition and right-skilling, operational maturity and software selection for enterprise transformation.

These days Technology is critical. Diego Navia has delivered very large (millions of daily transactions) deployments of software including ERP, BPM, ODM ,OCR, API -both on-premise and Cloud SAAS) .. for key software products including SAP, IBM/Lombardi, Oracle, UiPath/AAnywhere, Adobe OCR, Cornerstone, Microsoft Sharepoint, among others; as well as sponsored assessment of tools like Workday, Salesforce, etc Mr Navia's hands-on experience coding -starting with Cobol all the way to Python, PHP and OOP web frameworks, allows him to debug problems, communicate with technical staff and minimize typical business-tech issues.

Diego is considered a global expert in Global Business Services (GBS), “Low Code/No Code” technologies, Operations 4.0 and Global Professional Services, having provided advisory services to McKinsey, GLG, E&Y, Berenberg and several investment banks. He is an Industrial Engineer from UniAndes, holds an MBA from Duke University FSB, graduate education at MIT and has shared his knowledge at Duke University, Florida International University (FIU) y Miami Dade College (MDC).
